This explains what personal data we collect through the Union City RP website at unioncityrp.co.uk, why, and what rights you have over it.
We do not process your payment. Purchases are sold by Tebex Limited, who are the seller of record and a separate data controller for the transaction. Their handling of your payment details is covered by Tebex's privacy policy. We never see or store card details.
Who we are
Union City RP is a FiveM roleplay community based in the United Kingdom, and is the data controller for the processing described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected] or through our Discord support channel.
This policy covers the website and store only. Our Discord server and the in-game server are separate, and Discord's own handling of your data is covered by their privacy policy.
What we collect

Where it is kept
Your Discord ID, display name and basket reference are saved in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are sent to Tebex only as part of completing an order. You can clear them at any time with the "Not you?" link on the store page, or by clearing site data.
Cookies
We use no analytics and no advertising cookies. The only cookie we set is the ten-minute sign-in security cookie described above.
Why we are allowed to use it
- To perform a contract — collecting the account identifiers needed to deliver what you bought.
- Our legitimate interests — keeping the site available, preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping a record of what was delivered to whom.
Who we share it with
- Tebex — receives your Discord ID and verified FiveM identity with the order so the purchase can be delivered. They are also a controller in their own right for the sale.
- Discord — only if you choose to connect your account, and only to confirm who you are.
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and handles traffic.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
Where your data goes
Tebex, Discord and Cloudflare all operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Those providers rely on their own safeguards for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses where required.
How long we keep it
The identifiers stored in your browser last until you clear them. Records of what was delivered are kept for as long as we need them to support your purchase and handle any dispute. Order and payment records are retained by Tebex under their own schedule.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. You can disconnect your Discord account at any time, though we may then be unable to deliver purchases tied to it.
To make a request, email [email protected] or open a ticket in our Discord support channel. We aim to respond within 72 hours. You do not need a Discord account to contact us.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. For anything concerning your payment, contact Tebex.
Age
Union City RP is built on Grand Theft Auto V, which is rated 18. This website and store are not intended for under-18s and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord.
