These terms cover your use of the Union City RP website at unioncityrp.co.uk, and what supporting the server does and does not entitle you to in the city.

Who we are

Union City RP is a FiveM roleplay community based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at [email protected] or through our Discord support channel. We aim to respond within 72 hours.

Who can use the store

Union City RP is built on Grand Theft Auto V, which is rated 18. You must be 18 or over. You also need a Discord account and a FiveM (Cfx.re) account, because both are used to identify you and deliver what you buy.

Connecting your accounts

Before a purchase can complete you will connect your Discord account and verify your FiveM account. That is how we know who to deliver to. You are responsible for connecting the right accounts — connect the wrong one and your purchase may be delivered to a different player, and we may not be able to recover it.

What you get in the city

A purchase gives you a licence to use virtual items, roles and privileges inside Union City RP. You do not own them. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be sold, traded or transferred outside the city.

As the server develops we may change, rebalance or withdraw virtual items. If we permanently remove something you paid for, contact us and we will find a fair resolution. If the server closes permanently, virtual items end with it — we cannot guarantee the server will run indefinitely.

Delivery

Items are delivered to the Discord and FiveM accounts you connected. Some are granted automatically; others are applied by staff and may take longer, particularly outside normal hours. If something has not arrived, open a ticket in our Discord.

Conduct and bans

Playing here means following our server rules. Supporting the server does not buy immunity from them, exemption from moderation, or influence over staff decisions.

If you are banned for breaking the rules you lose access to virtual items and privileges. Whether any refund is due is a matter for Tebex under their terms, not us — but be aware their terms state that a ban after delivery does not entitle you to one. If you hold a monthly subscription you should cancel it; contact us if you need help.

Acceptable use of this website

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means at a scale that affects other users, or interfere with the store or the account verification process.

Our responsibility to you

We provide this website and the server as they are, and cannot promise they will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for loss of in-game progress caused by circumstances outside our control.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. Your statutory rights as a consumer, which you exercise against Tebex as the seller, are unaffected.

Third parties

The store and the server rely on Tebex, Discord and Cfx.re, whose own terms apply to your use of their services.

Union City RP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or Discord.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version and significant changes will be announced in our Discord. Changes do not apply retrospectively to purchases already made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
